When an API request is made our systems will make a request in real-time Amazon to gather the data from their website on your behalf. All data is publicly available data on Amazon's marketplaces.

We understand that your request needs may flunctuate month to month and so monthly request limits on all plans are soft limits meaning that they can be exceeded by a margin of around 20%.

Sometimes when crawling Amazon, their servers will return an error and their pages don't load. This happens from time to time and our API will return proper HTTP status codes to notify you that this has happened. Failed responses are not billed on your account so feel free to just try the request again.
